Our previous work in biochemical calorimetry has been conducted with two modified versions [1, 2] of the Calvet microcalorimeter [3, 4]. The chief features of the modified versions are the use of electroplated thermocouples, reduction in overall size of the calorimeter and equilibration time, and mode of initiating the reaction. |
