Recent research studies reveal that grading is a conflict laden process. Faculty at community colleges, and universities experi i ence considerable conflict both in the role of teacher and in the grades they award. The study chronicled here examined the comparability of grading practices in both “normal” and “conflict-inducing borderline” grading situations. |
