This report summarises papers given at an international workshop last year in Zermatt, Switzerland. It was organised by the Institute fur Arbeits und Betriebswissenschaft, Stuttgart, with co-operation by the 'Organisation and management of the firm' subgroup of CIB working commission W65, which deals with organisation and management in construction.
