When asked what the dying children need most, the doctor replies, “They need homes.” The superheroes in the story work together to create a magic potion, the ingredients of which include Love and Hope. When the doctor gives the potion to the babies, they transform into healthy, happy children. The doctor, however, begins to turn into a horrible, beastly monster. He is saved only when the rescued children approach, unafraid, and offer him love.
