This research was developed in eucalyptus plantations, in Marliéria and Córrego Novo, inthe state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, with the objective of multivariated analysis applying in the study ofhuman factors related to chainsaw cutting, clustering the chainsaw operators, considering theindividual productivity and the envolved human factors. The cluster analysis classified the chainsawoperators in four groups. Thirteen factors were important in clustering the chainsaw operators, among the20 factors analised. The productivity on the job was a very important factor in the chainsaw operatorsclustering, because the three most productive chainsaw operators have formed one group and the lessone has formed another group. |
