Editor's Note: After considerable discussion, the Executive Committee of the International Union of Psychological Science unanimously approved the following statement on scientific and professional ethics and conduct for psychologists and recommended its wide dissemination to member societies. The Secretary-General agreed to send this statement to each member society of I.U.P.S. and to publicize it through appropriate journals and newsletters. The chairman of the program committee agreed to reserve a place for an open symposium on ethical standards and conduct at the 1976 Congress in Paris. |
