Determinants of Nepalese imports 1 1 We performed CUSUM and CUSUM-SQ tests, and found that both CUSUM and CUSUM-SQ test statistics were within the boundaries at the 5% significance level, which suggests a correct model specification. We also performed the RESET test to test for the possibility of omitted variables in the equation. We found the test statistic equal to 3.0961, which is less than the relevant critical value of F-distribution (F 0.01,3,21 = 4.82). This result suggests that the model is correctly specified, and indicates that there is no omitted variable in the model.
