This paper addresses the issue ofPrivatization Funds, presenting the role they played inthe context of transitional process to a marketeconomy. We underline the crux important of thedesign of mass programs in achieving the desiredinfusion of private property and control in theeconomy. Unfortunately Romania failed once again toaddress this problem efficiently. |
