Inhoud: Indian languages are broadly divided into two categories. The Northern Languages are stroke based and southern are cursive scripts. Though, all Indian scripts are derived from ancient Brahmin script, the language patterns in terms of lexical, structural, lexico grammatical and morphological variations makes every languagecomplex in nature. Unicode standard is used to understand all the Indic scripts. Analyzing the structure of the scripts and structural togetherness has been addressed in this paper between Telugu and Bengali languages. The statistical analysis of code point level comparison has been made between the two languages. This helps us inunderstanding the global occurrence of the code points and the structural and morphological variations. Corpus for both languages has been collected from six different categories of various Telugu and Bengali news groups to cover the entire language vocabulary. An indigenous tool has been developed using Python scripting Language for this purpose, which can be used for linguistic analysis of all Indian languages.
