The new regulations concerning the legal circulation of land in our country aim at simplifying land transactions and making them more fluent. The main changes to the real estate law refer to the consecration of the rule concerning the old location and the observing of the lawful obligations arising from the anterior period, the consecration of the supremacy of reconstruction of the right of private property before the constitution of the right of private property and the simplification of the conditions for the reconstruction of the right of property as well as the acceleration of the writ of possession and of the issuing of property titles. |
