The trade constitutes an old preoccupation of people. Within it the export or international trade has always been a preferred field of activity. The deepening and diversification of economic interdependences between the world’s countries, especially after the Second World War, brought the problem of international economic relations back in close-up shot, not only for specialists, but also for the public. These changes reactivated the specialists’ interest in the international trade theories and, implicitly, in the theoretical controversial history related to this problem. |
