The appropriate human resources refer to those persons of an organization who provide an important task to fulfill the managerial obligations. Inadequate human resources refer to the organization members who do not make a valuable contribution to the goals of the management system. The recruitment of human resources is the identification of the persons who best meet the objectives of an appointed position and attracts these persons within the organization. In recent time, more and more companies, both international and Romanian are using the Internet as one of the main if not the most important method of human resources recruitment; the effects of using this type of recruitment are most beneficial for the companies concerned. |
