The aim of this paper is to evaluate the sales stuff of a shopping center in Timisoara. The analysis method is the “Mysterious Shopper” observation technique. The object of the assessment was to identify the best sales person in the shopping center and to motivate them. The statistical range studied was the number of sales person in the 145 shops of the shopping center. The data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) program. |
