Contents: From the consuments, there is an increased interrest in bioproducts in the Czech republic now. The farmers have a choice – grow the traditional or alternative crops. The soft wheat (Triticum aestivum) have a bigger yealds but the grain price is low. So it is reason why is for farmers interrested to grow hulled wheat like emmer (Triticum diccocum), spelta (Triticum spelta) or einkorn (Triticum eincorn). They provide lower yields but on the better quality, which could be sold in higher prices. That is why that the economic effectivity of growing in this crop is higher in organic farming system.
