In order to create good projects of regional development, it is necessary a management of projects. This appeared as an instrument of planning, coordination, implementation, and control of the complex activities in the modern industrial, commercial, social, cultural, and political projects.A project is a step in the dark, spied by risks and uncertainties, and the main feature that defines a project is its novelty. In all fields, there have been done projects which proved to be serious and costly failures that are why it was necessary to understand how the theoretical knowledge could be practically applied, in the phase of design or development of a project. |
