Romanian school is in the middle of reform process both structurally and functionally. This reform must produce essential changes in the management of the educational system, especially that of school institutions. The consequences of the legislative changes: introducing the education decentralization in the national strategy of decentralization, integration in the European policies and tendencies regarding the development of education systems, optimization of the decision systems, monitoring and evaluation, the school becomes the main decision factor as long as it ensures the participation of all interested social units. The quality of agronomic education must be maintained high through adequate measures as regards some national quality standard, training the didactic staff, equipping the pre-university agricultural units with high quality equipment, the creation of a functional and stimulating environment for the unfolding of the didactic activity. The modifications of the managerial plan through decentralization and progressive delegation of managerial responsibilities led to the autonomy increase and the creation of a new competition environment favourable to initiatives. In this environment of high competition there can be found the agricultural schools of Iasi County, which have in view the quality of education. |
