Achyrocline satureioides (Lam.) DC. is utilized in popular medicine due to its cholagogue and choleretic proprieties (effects). This propagation is through seeds or cuttings. Objective: To evaluate in vitro regeneration and study its histological regeneration. Node segments were implanted in Murashige and Skoog culture medium, to evaluate the effect of different phyto-regulators, such as benciladenine (BA), cinetine (CIN) and 2-isopenteniladenine (2iP), at 1mg/l concentration for each one. The histological examination evidenced that the BA supplemented medium was better to stimulate proliferation and cell differentiation. |
