The oscillatory decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of potassium iodate andsulphuric acid is analysed potentiometrically with the aid of Pt and Hg/Hg2SO4 electrodes, in therange of temperatures 69.4 95.10C. The influence of temperature on the induction period, periodof the second oscillation, number, duration and average frequency of oscillations wasinvestigated. The corresponding activation parameters have been determined. |
