O objetivo deste estudo foi entender os desafios e as perspectivas de mudança que professores do curso de Fisioterapia da Universidade Estadual de Londrina encontraram para consolidar as diretrizes curriculares. Para o levantamento das informações, foram realizadas entrevistas em profundidade e análise documental dos currículos de 1992 e 2006, sendo o conteúdo analisado por meio de metodologia qualitativa. Os resultados evidenciaram que a humanização das relações, aliada à interdisciplinaridade, pode agregar novos valores à formação do fisioterapeuta, contudo as resistências internas dos professores e a falta de infraestrutura material e investimentos podem comprometer o desenvolvimento das novas ações planejadas.The aim of this study was to understand the challenges and perspectives of change that teachers of the Physical Therapy course atLondrina State University found when establishing the curricular guidelines. Interviews and document analysis were conducted of curricula from 1992 and 2006, and the contents were analyzed by means of qualitative methodology. Results showed that the humanizationof relations allied with interdisciplinarity can add new values to the formation of physical therapists; however, internal resistance by some teachers and the lack of material infrastructure and investments could compromise the development of planned new actions. |
