Traverses belong to oftentimes used geodetic structures. Increasing the traverse redundancy to obtain better quality parameters is therefore a natural effort. This can be done by adding new measured values by the Durnev method to quantities of standard traverse measurement. The processing demands the least squares adjusting procedure. Presented example clearly point to advantages of this method. This paper also introduce the GeoNET application. The solution was created in MDL program language and is operating under the MicroStation internal environment. The application is used for the adjustment of two-dimensional geodetic networks and it is a very useful tool for students of the Department of Geodesy and Geophysics in Technical University of Koice. |
