Specific characteristics and conditions of microwave heating of minerals and their mixtures are described. Application of this type of heating in mineral processing is recommended predominantly for drying and modification of properties of mineral raw materials. The influence of grain size of the charge on the effectiveness of processes mentioned is evaluated. |
