To increase the quality of annealing of steel rolls it is needed to know the temperature inside of an object, where temperatures are lowest during the annealing process. Recently, this temperature can not be measured in the real conditions and the time of annealing is set up empirically. In the paper we describe a method for an indirect estimation of the inner temperature array of the steel roll. In terms of the realisation of this method, it is important to reach a desired accuracy of indirect measurements. For this reason, we designed a adaptation of the model of indirect measurement, which is verified. By using of this adaptation, the level of accuracy of indirect measurement is adequate to the accuracy of engineering. |
