The Mesoclimac Mapping for Projecting, Construction and Using of the Road Communication

Titel: The Mesoclimac Mapping for Projecting, Construction and Using of the Road Communication
Auteur: Ladislav Plánka
Verschenen in: Acta Montanistica Slovaka
Paginering: Jaargang 10 (2005) nr. 2 pagina's 181-191
Jaar: 2005
Inhoud: The construction of ground communications is a very significant encroachment on the natural landscape. It manifests both directly by the change of the relief terrain morphology and indirectly by the change of the physico-chemical properties of the lower part of the ground atmospheric layer. The changing of these properties is also caused by the traffic on the communication. The assessment of the construction influence and the use of communication on the environment (this article is focused only on the environmental air) demand plenty of prescripts and laws, for example the Environmental Impact Assessment (E.I.A.). The detachment process of these influences with regard to the dynamics of air properties is very problematic. It can not be executed practically on the base of direct terrain measuring. Some solutions offer the mesoclimatic methods of the middle scales mapping. They can by used for the relative comparison of road line variants in the conflict areas. The applicability of same existing mesoclimatic methods of mapping referring to our topic is analysed and project of digital mesoclimatic map and its key is presented.
