In this article, I report on my research about access to library resources and services. Publishing this research is very important, because I am up for tenure next year and I desperately need another publication. In this timely and relevant article, I examine the history of access to library resources and services from the dawn of time until about 10 minutes ago. I also provide detailed and compelling statistics showing the deleterious effect increased access to libraries has on librarians. The result of my research: more access to library services or resources means more work for you. |
