This article discusses the use of an informational multimedia kiosk at the Jerome Library at Bowling Green State University. The capabilities of the kiosk, how it has been used to date and future plans for further engagement of the users, such as in conjunction with traditional exhibits, are also covered. To make best use of staff time, content development for the kiosk can be multi-purpose, i.e., for both the libraries' web site and the kiosk. |
