Contents: This article presents the results of a study that assessed the relationship among romantic attachment style, conflict resolution, and sexual satisfaction. It was found that high ambivalent attachment predicted less sexual satisfaction. It was also found that those who scored high on ambivalent or avoidant attachment had lower relationship satisfaction, as well as those who used verbal aggression as a means of conflict resolution had lower relationship satisfaction. Therapeutic implications and areas for future research are addressed.
