This study examined the ability of a sample of large and small hotel and motel managers to judge the legality of a series of activities, in light of federal legislation. The respondents were queried by telephone and asked for their opinions as to the legitimacy of a series of practices. The study uncovered some degree of lack of ability to correctly determine the legality of the practices. |
