Genera Noctuiseius Prasad and Prasadiseius Wainstein are re-defined. A new subgenus of Noctuiseius, Subnoctuiseius, is erected for the species in which setae S1 and S2 are on soft integument and the spermatheca is cup shaped. Two new subgenenera under Prasadiseuis, Neoprasadiseius and Subprasadiseius are also created for other species. A new species, Noctuiseius (Subnoctuiseius) batoridgi is described from an unknown moth from the Philippines. It is illustrated. |
