Nine series of larvae referable to the genus Callidosoma are described and included in a key together with larvae previously named. Considered new are Callidosoma harlani and guatemalensis from Panama and Guatemala respectively, daviesi, droozi, huachuca, quinteri, sorkini, and insulare from the United States of America, and welbourni from Brazil. New records of some previously named species are given, and the rearing of a deutonymph from a larva of Callidosoma apollo is recorded. Some current generic distinctions in the subfamily Callidosomatinae are questioned.
