Contents: All life stages of Nycteriglyphus fuscus n.sp. from Eptesicus fuscus (Beauvois) and its guano in Ohio are described. This mite has a striate cuticle, bifurcate setae, lacks pseudorutellar processes, and has leg chaetotaxy much reduced from the maximum complement for the family Rosensteiniidae.
