The females of Phytoseius douglasensis n.sp. and P. Stephaniae n.sp. from Queensland, P.rubiginosae n.sp. from New South Wales, both sexes of P. Mayottae n.sp. from New Hebrides, New Caledonia, Seychelles, and Comores, and the females of P. hawaiiensis Prasad from Queensland, Western Australia and Mauritius, and of P. hongkongensis Swirski and Shechter from Queensland and New South Wales are described. Additional information on both sexes is given for P. fotheringhamiae Denmark and Schicha, P. woolwichensis Schicha, and P. leaki Schicha. A keyseparating all nine species is included.
