The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the nature of curriculum material centers in academic libraries and relation to the type of university in which the centers were located. Data from twenty-nine surveys from curriculum material centers in doctoral-granting universities was analyzed using Pearson correlation resulting in significant data describing the curriculum centers. Significant correlations between the nature of curriculum centers and the universities were not found due to the inconsistent methods of recording statistics in the centers and the lack of a clear definition of curriculum material centers affecting the nature and location of curriculum materials. |
