The purpose of the study was to determine client satisfaction with nursing center services, specifically those services provided by Clemson University Nursing Center. A descriptive survey design was used. Two questionnaires, one for adults and one for children under age 16, were developed. Questionnaires were in two parts: The first requested demographic information, and the second included 16 Likert-scale items to assess level of satisfaction. Questionnaires from 75 participants were used in the analysis. Generally, clients were satisfied to very satisfied with care. There were, however, some statistically significant differences between client groups. For example, blacks were more satisfied than whites with the nurse's interest in their overall health status. Adult clients were more satisfied than parents with staff courtesy. Also, adults felt less rushed during the visit. Adults were more satisfied than parents that the nurses were giving suggestions to improve health.
