The convergence of OA and traditional data processing technologies has resulted in integrated office support systems. These multifunctional systems allow the user to perform both OA and DP applications at one terminal. However, something must be done to ensure that IOSSS are used effectively. The first, and most challenging, step is to motivate the potential user population to take advantage of IOSS capabilities. |
