Yet the facilitated group approach that forms the basis of JAD methodology is useful for empowering employees and managing group work across a broad range of organizational decision-making and systems development tasks. Extending the benefits of JAD to these tasks increases the strategic competitiveness of both the IS department and the larger organization. |
