In this article, the thermal stresses in a nonhomogeneous orthotropic elastic multilayered cylinder subject to certain boundary conditions are studied. Thus, an exact solution for a multilayered cylinder is obtained. The dynamic thermal stresses in a multilayered cylinder are determined. Numerical results are obtained for the stress, displacement component, and temperature for a two-layered cylinder as a special case. |
