This study deals with nonlocal, homogeneous, isotropic, linear thermoelasticity. The field equations are introduced in a suitable form and a class of initial boundary-value problems is defined. A theorem of work and energy and a reciprocal theorem are generalized for the nonlocal case, and two variational principles characterizing initial boundary-value problems considered in this study are given. |
