Bis(2-chloroethyl)ether (BCEE) has been monitored in two Surveys of the Delaware Estuary and Philadelphia Drinking Water. Survey I was completed with mass-chromatographic quantitation. Survey II was completed with quantitation by a Hall Detector. The data is interpreted in light of GC/MS confirmation and GC interferences. A pathway for distribution of BCEE in the Delaware Estuary is discussed. |
