Les aois experiences presentees ont pour objectif de tester l'effet de divers contextes sur l'acces initial aux proprietes dominantes et secondaires de concepts de categories naturelles. Les nesultats indiquent l'existence d'un effet facilitateur du contexte, pour peu qu'il soit suffisamment contraignant du point de vue de la richesse semantique, et ceci dans des temps qui garantissent l'implication de processus automatiques. Cette demiere interpretation est par ailleurs confirmee par l'absence constante d'inhibition. La demiere experience infirme de plus l'hypothese d'une facilitation intralexicale entre contexte et cible et confirme que c'est bien la construction semantique elaboree par le sujet qui facilite l'acces a certaines proprietes specifiquement pertinentes des concepts-amorces. The aim of the three experiments is to test the effect of contexts on the initial access of central and peripheric properties of concepts of natural categories. The results show a facilitatory effect of the context, if it is semantically rich enough, with SOAs which warrant that the processes are automatic. This interpretation is corroborated by the constant absence of inhibition. The last experiment weakens the hypothesis of an intra-lexical facilitation between context and target and confirms that it is the semantic construction elaborated by the subject which facilitate the access to relevant properties of the primes. |
