Since truly culture-free research is impossible, greater attention should be paid to the nature of collaborative processes among researchers in cross-cultural psychology. Participative methodology should be examined through appropriate research, and methodologies to ensure equal participation should be developed accordingly. It is suggested that the nature of the collaborative process be reported in research publications as a standard methodology section. A short questionnaire on researchers reactions to these suggestions and on current collaborative processes is presented. II est impossible, on le sait, de separer la recherche de la culture: il faudrait done analyser plus attentivement les processus de la collaboration entre chercheurs dans le domaine de la psychologic inter-culturelle. La methodologie de la participation devrait etre examinee par des recherches appropriees, et des methodologies assurant une participation egale devraient etre develop-pees en consequence. La nature du processus de collaboration pourrait eventuellement etre consideree comme une section methodologique type dans les publications vouees a la recherche. On presente un bref questionnaire sur les reactions des chercheurs a ces suggestions ainsi qu'aux processus actuels de collaboration. |
