STUDY OF HOPPING CONDUCTION IN POLYISOXAZOLINE

Title: STUDY OF HOPPING CONDUCTION IN POLYISOXAZOLINE
Author: Mahrous, Salah
Appeared in: International journal of polymeric materials
Paging: Volume 52 (2003) nr. 7 pages 587-597
Year: 2003-07
Contents: Temperature and frequency-dependent ac-conductivity of polyisoxazoline have been measured. The ac conductivity is found to be proportional to ss . The values of the exponent s decrease with the increase in the temperature, in the high temperature region. The hopping over the barrier model appears to be not valid. Long's polaron model is the suitable one to interpret the obtained data.
