In the present paper, an equivalent circuit of the thyristor has been developed considering it independently find also considering the two-transistor annalogy of the thyristor by a matrix method. The equivalent circuit is further modified to develop an equivalent circuit of the thyristor for the blocking and conducting state for both DC and AC operation. |
