This report is an examination of the way in which a particular group of churches is responding to children's spirituality--results of a survey on the variety of models of ministry with children and families. Attention is given to the ways in which churches are aware of and respond to children's spirituality and how they plan to develop and nurture children's faith. Indicators of the progress and success of various ventures are explored. The survey data and examples come from New Zealand. However, an international discussion at the Third International Conference on Children's Spirituality indicated significant international connections and at least anecdotal evidence of similarities in many other countries. |
