The filtration process constitutes the beginning of chemical analyses. This process is often cumbersome and time consuming. Filtering processes become more important, especially for the continuous and automatic analysis studies in the natural environment, since samples are likely to become polluted by natural and human effects. This study deals with a new, relatively economical, robotic filter change system. Simple stepping motors are used for this system. The PIC 16F877 microcontroller serves to control motors. The system realizes the sampling and filtration processes in a fully automated manner. |
