The main question of this essay is whether or not it is possible to conduct online mediation within the framework of the Hungarian Mediation Act which was adopted in 2002. Therefore I'm going to survey the Hungarian Mediation Act, and analyse the sections which touch upon the possibility of online mediation. I shall also compare the provisions with a number of international, including European, documents on mediation. |
