Results of the study of the effect of AC electric field intensity on the dielectric constant in Pb1-x(Li1/2 La1/2)x(Zr1-yTiy)O3 solid solutions are presented. It is demonstrated that peculiarities of ε(T)-dependences take place in those solid solutions, which are located in the vicinity of the boundary between FE and AFE regions in the Y-T phase diagram. |
