The calculations of temperature and frequency dependence of dielectric susceptibility in the disordered ferroelectrics are carried out in the framework of random field theory. The results fitted fairly well the experimental data for K0,965Li0,035TaO3 which is known to be in mixed ferro-glass phase. The peculiarities of dielectric susceptibility behavior in the disordered systems like relaxors PLZT, PST are also discussed. |
