The dependences of internal friction peak height Q-1m vs the rate of the temperature change T near Curie point at frequency of 10 Hz for proper (KDP) and improper (GMO) ferroelectric-ferroelastic crystals have been investigated. Principally different character of Q-1m (T`) slopes vs strain amplitude for samples where the external stresses make no strains coupled with the spontaneous strain has been found. |
