The ESR measurements of Mn2+ probe have been performed on Li2Ge7O15 (LGO) crystals in the range of the ferroelectric phase transition temperature TC = 283.8 K. On the basis of the spectra orientational diagrams the localisation of paramagnetic ions is proposed. ESR line splitting has been observed on cooling below TC. Measurements of line positions have allowed to study the temperature evolution of local order parameter in ferroelectric phase. It has been shown that in the range TC-7 K ≤ TTC the critical exponent of the order parameter β≈0.32 is consistent with Izing model whereas at TC-80 KT < TC-10 K index β has a classical value 0.5. |
