The developed microcomputer based loss-of-field protection uitilizes a proposed algorithm of apparent impedance detection. The algorithm is based on dqo coordinate system and realized by phase current and voltage sampled quantities. In this article the algorithm is introduced and analysis of protection behaviour at different abnormal conditions is given. Test of protection gives positive results. |
